LM4562 stereo audio preamplifier PCB (gold plated)

Gold plated PCB designed for National Semiconductor LM4562 dual audio operational amplifier. It can be also used with any other pin-compatible op-amp like NE5534 or OPA2604.

This board also contains complete power supply stage designed for LM2937/LM2990 voltage regulators.

C4/C8 caps and R6/R12 resistors can be omitted if offset output voltage is less the 1mV.
